After years of working with businesses across South Africa, England, Germany, North America, and Australia, our founders saw a persistent gap in the industry: traditional recruitment agencies charge high upfront fees, prioritize speed over quality, and often leave both employers and candidates feeling unheard.

We decided to change that.
